Steffi Kim is an experienced music industry executive and expert in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Having worked for some of the most renowned innovative organizations, she was most recently the first Director of DEI in the European music industry, at Warner Music Central Europe until she decided to focus on her agency.


As music and media agency owner based in Berlin, as networker and businesswoman, she brings with her many years of experience in the corporate world through various positions in the fast-moving and trend-driven sectors of the disruptive music and tech industry, as well as a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Steffi Kim implemented the first column about DEI in a German music magazine. In 2023, Steffi and her good friend, lecturer and Hip Hop luminary Falk Schacht, started a podcast devoted to classism and its effects on German Public Broadcast Station NDR.


In her PR career, she has notably worked for big names such as Paul McCartney, BTS, Pet Shop Boys, Kiss and Lenny Kravitz. For the latter, her prime PR placements ensured that his track "I'll be Waiting" was the first rock ballad to make it into the German Top Ten. For Paul Kalkbrenner, her PR lead for his most successful album to date, "7", helped ensure chart spots at No. 1 in GSA and in the Top Ten throughout Europe.
